Climbing Centre Forms (to bring with you on the day)

In order to climb on the day, you will need to fill in an MCC registration form. For adults, this is the Adult Registration Form, and children need both the Under-18’s Registration Form and Parental Consent Form. These must be signed by the parent or guardian of the child. To save time on the day, please download these and bring them with you. Please take some time to read the MCC Condition’s of Use, and the Competition Rules before signing your forms.
